Our Commitment To You
At ESTELL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and pierced jewellery cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Refunds and Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged Items and Exchanges
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs.
